The production sound, recorded in the heart of Mexico and initially designed by Carolina Valenzuela, paved the way for Black Goblin to assume the mantle of sound mixing, elevating it to new heights through meticulous editing and balance and with the careful addition of extra selected soundscapes. Black Goblin’s task extended to creating both a 5.1 surround mix and a binaural version of the film, offering audiences at home a 360-degree auditory experience, perfectly encapsulated through headphones.
